Books may be returned only if they are defective, and the condition of all books will be thoroughly checked prior to mailing. If you do encounter a defective book, please send a message to sales to receive an authorization code for a return. Books returned without an authorization code will not be accepted and will be sent "return to sender." When returning books, please wrap and package them carefully. We will refund the mailing cost of returning defective books up to $3.50.
